Jackie O would have been proud the sixties have returned. At the Prada show in Milan models walked the runway to a smooth jazz soundtrack in roach killer heels with knee high socks. The whole look was that of a wealhy libralian/ sixties housewife. With beehive up-dos, A-line skirts, and muted colors Prada took reinvented itself as it seemed woman walked the runway rather than the usual teenage girls. Miuccia Prada flew in Victoria’s Secret models Alessandra Abrossio, Doutzen Kroes and Miranda Kerr as well as others to achieve a womanly look. Prada deliberatley cast the women saying, “It’s normal clothes–the silhouette of the ‘90s, but using many different kinds of models who are much more womanly.” Models were increased with ruffles and darts strategically placed on the chest.  Cable knit sweaters, plaid, and small purses wrapped up the look as the show was preceded by female cliches such as “He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not”[People,The Cut,Fashionologie]
